Groundsman — Marshall County

Now hiring: we are hiring a groundsman in Marshall County, Indiana. You will work on the grounds of a hotel resort. Ideal candidate: • Previous experience as a gardener or in grounds maintenance • Able to safely operate mowers, strimmers and hedge trimmers • Understanding of pruning and watering schedules Day to day you will repot nursery stock and pot on cuttings; rake up fallen leaves, grass clippings and garden waste; prune hedges, shrubs and ornamental trees with secateurs and hedge trimmers; maintain compost heaps and the potting shed; sharpen, clean and oil hand tools and mower blades. At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Pay around $5,100 per month, based on your experience. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time with occasional weekends.
