Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Lake County, Michigan. The role involves pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards. What we are looking for: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around $3,200 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
