Join our team: uPVC welding machine operator (Iowa)

Immediate opening: we are hiring an uPVC welding machine operator in Warren County, Iowa. On the job you will handle: • Install finished windows and doors, pack and anchor-fix them, then foam and silicone the perimeter • Clean welded corners on a corner-cleaning machine and chisel off the weld flash • Rout lock and hardware pockets with the copy router • Glaze the double-glazed units, set the packers and bed the glass square • Fit espagnolette locking gear, friction hinges, handles and keeps to the sash • Read the cutting list and optimisation sheet and label each profile What we are looking for: • Accurate measuring and squaring to within a couple of millimetres • Own basic hand tools (tape, square, screw gun) • Knowledge of common hardware systems such as espagnolette and friction hinges Six days a week, one day off.
