Halal butcher — Pocahontas County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a halal butcher in Pocahontas County, West Virginia. You will work in a meat processing plant. Requirements: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate Your main tasks: • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone Six days a week, one day off.
