Cook — Noble County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a cook in Noble County, Oklahoma. The role involves: • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
