Paint booth operator — Mitchell County

Join our team: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Mitchell County, Kansas. Ideal candidate: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process Your main tasks: • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Meals and transport allowance provided. Pay around $4,200 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
