Powder spray gun operator wanted in Butte County

Now hiring: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Butte County, California. You will be based at a powder coating unit. Day to day you will run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes Full-time with occasional weekends.
