Cnc setter-operator — Belknap County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a cnc setter-operator in Belknap County, New Hampshire. You will work at a busy machine shop. The role involves: • Load and index turning tools in the turret • Check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet • Watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes • Measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers • Run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles • Run first-off inspection and sign off the part Ideal candidate: • Working knowledge of G-code and M-code • Minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
