Flatlock machine operator — Summers County

Join our team: we are hiring a flatlock machine operator in Summers County, West Virginia. You will be based in a textile and apparel unit. Day-to-day duties: • Keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line • Inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes • Operate single-needle lockstitch, overlock and flatlock machines on a production line • Trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go You should have: • Knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory • ITI / tailoring certificate is a plus 6+ years on the tools preferred. $3,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
