Bread baker — Green County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a bread baker in Green County, Wisconsin. You should have: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving Day to day you will knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls. $23 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
