Dough maker — Idemili South

Immediate opening: we are hiring a dough maker in Idemili South, Anambra State. You will be based in a hotel pastry kitchen. Your main tasks: • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds Ideal candidate: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Basic cake decorating and piping skills At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Pay around ₦210,000 per month, based on your experience. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
