Immediate opening: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Albemarle County, Virginia. What we are looking for: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Food handler / hygiene certificate Your main tasks: • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Score the top of loaves before baking • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch 5+ years on the tools preferred.
