Great opportunity: we are hiring a solid plasterer in Greene County, Mississippi. The job is on a busy domestic building site. Day to day you will apply bonding and browning undercoats to brickwork and blockwork; fix and set angle beads, stop beads and corner beads; mix gypsum plaster and cement render to a workable consistency; set up trestles and scaffold boards for ceiling work; clean trowels, buckets and mixers before the plaster sets. What we are looking for: • Proven experience hand-skimming and floating to a flat finish • Able to mix plaster to the right consistency by feel At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts.
