Join our team: we are hiring a pastry baker in Goliad County, Texas. You will be based at a neighbourhood confectionery. On a typical shift you will laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; score the top of loaves before baking; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing.
