Commercial painter • Ross County, Ohio

Great opportunity: we are hiring a commercial painter in Ross County, Ohio. You will work on a residential building site. You will mask off windows, skirting and fittings with tape and sheeting; strip old paint and wallpaper with scrapers and heat guns; cut in neat edges along ceilings, cornices and door frames; prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer; hang lining paper and wallpaper, matching patterns at the seams; fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps. Requirements: • A good eye for clean lines and an even finish • Able to read colour schedules and follow a finish spec 5+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
