Great opportunity: we are hiring a port container crane operator in Greene County, Ohio. Day to day you will park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift; fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports; fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure; hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control; follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger. Requirements: • A good head for heights for tower crane work • Current medical and eyesight certificate At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Overtime paid at a premium rate.
