Decorator — Vermilion County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a decorator in Vermilion County, Illinois. You will be based on commercial fit-out projects. Day-to-day duties: • Hang lining paper and wallpaper, matching patterns at the seams • Strip old paint and wallpaper with scrapers and heat guns • Carry out snagging and touch-ups before handover • Fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps • Work safely from ladders, scaffolding and mobile towers • Sand and fill walls before applying primer You should have: • Able to read colour schedules and follow a finish spec • A good eye for clean lines and an even finish 1+ years on the tools preferred. We offer $3,100 per month plus benefits. Meals and transport allowance provided. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
