Urgent requirement: precision welder (Kansas)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a precision welder in Norton County, Kansas. The role involves read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters; control heat input so thin sheet does not warp; grind and sharpen tungsten electrodes to the correct taper; inspect welds for porosity, undercut and lack of fusion. You should have: • Sound knowledge of shielding gases and tungsten selection • Able to read isometric and fabrication drawings • Comfortable working to tight fit-up tolerances 2+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
