Meat cutter — Cumberland County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a meat cutter in Cumberland County, Kentucky. The role involves monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date. What we are looking for: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day $4,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
