Brick and block layer wanted in Seward County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a brick and block layer in Seward County, Nebraska. The job is at a renovation and extension job. Day to day you will bedding in air bricks, weep holes and wall starters; mixing mortar to the right consistency with sand, cement and plasticiser; erecting and working off trestles and scaffold lifts; building the corners (leads) first and racking back the courses; setting out walls from the drawings and marking the brick gauge; cutting bricks to size with a bolster and club hammer or angle grinder. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working at height on scaffolding • Reliable timekeeping and able to hit daily brick targets Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
