Now hiring: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Jefferson County, Ohio. You should have: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms The role involves: • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse 5+ years on the tools preferred.
