We are recruiting: we are hiring an earthmoving equipment operator in Adams County, Illinois. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work on remote sites and rotating rosters • Able to read grade stakes, drawings and site levels The role involves: • Operate crawler dozers to push and spread fill across the site • Backfill trenches and foundations once services are laid • Form embankments and batter slopes to the required angle • Work to the dig plan and the banksman's signals • Strip topsoil and stockpile it for later reuse 1+ years on the tools preferred.
