Now hiring: we are hiring a hydraulic press operator in Turner County, Georgia. You will work in a metal fabrication workshop. You should have: • ITI in fitter, machinist or sheet metal trade preferred • Knowledge of press safety, guarding and lockout-tagout On a typical shift you will run the press using two-hand controls and foot pedal safely; set up and change stamping dies and tooling; deburr and stack finished components for the next operation; operate mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic power presses; check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges; adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings.
