Requirements: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • 2+ years experience working as a butcher Your main tasks: • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain Full-time, day shift.
