Elevator technician wanted in Centre County

Vacancy available: we are hiring an elevator technician in Centre County, Pennsylvania. The job is in a hospital with heavy lift traffic. You will fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments; respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers; replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays; wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches; test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake; set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear. You should have: • Willing to join the on-call/emergency breakdown rota • Physically fit to lift heavy components and crawl in tight spaces • Sound electrical competence in three-phase and low-voltage wiring 3+ years on the tools preferred.
