Join our team: we are hiring a butcher in Johnson County, Nebraska. The job is at a halal meat counter. Day to day you will keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights. What we are looking for: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
