Kitchen steward • Gooding County, Idaho

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Gooding County, Idaho. The role involves: • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations You should have: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Punctual, reliable and hard-working Part-time with flexible hours. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
