Beldar — Lawrence County

Now hiring: we are hiring a beldar in Lawrence County, Ohio. The role involves break out old walls and concrete with a jackhammer breaker; bend and tie rebar with binding wire for slabs and columns; set out levels with line and plumb under the mason's direction; dig foundation trenches and pits with pick and shovel; erect and dismantle scaffolding and pass materials up; wheel barrows of rubble to the skip and keep the site clean. What we are looking for: • Wear safety helmet, boots and gloves at all times • Know how to mix concrete and mortar to the right ratio • Prior experience as a labourer on building or civil sites Full-time, day shift.
