Immediate opening: skimming plasterer (Rivers State)

Now hiring: we are hiring a skimming plasterer in Obio/Akpor, Rivers State. You will work at a plastering and dry lining contractor. Day-to-day duties: • Clean trowels, buckets and mixers before the plaster sets • Set up trestles and scaffold boards for ceiling work • Apply bonding and browning undercoats to brickwork and blockwork • Mix gypsum plaster and cement render to a workable consistency • Fix and set angle beads, stop beads and corner beads • Skim plasterboard to a smooth finish ready for decoration Requirements: • Knowledge of different plasters, renders and bonding agents • Good head for heights for ceiling and stairwell work Full-time, day shift.
