Fabricator-welder — Buffalo County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Buffalo County, Nebraska. You will work in a pharmaceutical piping facility. On the job you will handle: • Carry out 6G pipe welds where required • Set the amperage on the machine and modulate the current with the foot pedal • Run root passes and fill passes on pipe joints • Feed the filler rod by hand while controlling the weld puddle • Weld in flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions Ideal candidate: • Able to pass a practical weld test on the first day • Valid welder certification (ASME IX / ISO 9606 an advantage) • Physically fit to work in confined spaces and at height 5+ years on the tools preferred.
