Stone mason — Coos County

Join our team: we are hiring a stone mason in Coos County, Oregon. You will work on a residential building site. Your main tasks: • Polish stone surfaces to a high gloss using diamond pads and polishing compound • Shape edges, bullnoses and bevels with an angle grinder and profiling wheels • Grind and hone uneven floors flat before the final polish • Grout the joints and wipe off the excess before it sets • Cut out sink and hob openings in worktops on site • Fill cracks, chips and open veins with colour-matched epoxy resin Ideal candidate: • Physically fit and able to lift and carry heavy slabs • Willing to work at heights for facade cladding • 2+ years' experience working with marble, granite and natural stone Meals and transport allowance provided.
