Formwork carpenter — Emanuel County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a formwork carpenter in Emanuel County, Georgia. You will set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking; check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line; apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting; seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss; repair damaged plywood and timber shutters; fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure. What we are looking for: • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing • Follows site safety, PPE and edge-protection rules We offer $3,300 per month plus benefits.
