Captain waiter • Moro, Kwara State

Great opportunity: we are hiring a captain waiter in Moro, Kwara State. On the job you will handle: • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place What we are looking for: • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner Full-time with occasional weekends.
