Join our team: we are hiring a baker in Harris County, Georgia. You will be based at a café with an on-site bakery. What we are looking for: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens Your main tasks: • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Score the top of loaves before baking At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
