Requirements: • Able to read drawings and set out work to a deadline • Proven experience hand-skimming and floating to a flat finish • Reliable timekeeping and a strong work ethic Day to day you will apply bonding and browning undercoats to brickwork and blockwork; apply tanking and renovating plaster to damp walls; apply scratch coats and key the surface for the next coat; set up trestles and scaffold boards for ceiling work. 6+ years on the tools preferred. $140 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
