Join our team: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Leslie County, Kentucky. You will work in a hospital canteen. What we are looking for: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts On the job you will handle: • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
