Crane rigger — Henry County

Join our team: we are hiring a crane rigger in Henry County, Iowa. What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of working load limits and sling angles • Sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness • Ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams Day to day you will fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads; check sling angles to stay within the working load limit; inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use; guide loads through tight openings into their final position; direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio.
