Dishwasher — Clinch County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a dishwasher in Clinch County, Georgia. You will be based at a fast-food outlet. Day-to-day duties: • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks You should have: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred Rotating shifts.
