Immediate opening: steward (Kansas)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a steward in Grant County, Kansas. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. Day-to-day duties: • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass Ideal candidate: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Punctual, reliable and hard-working Full-time with occasional weekends.
