Rebar fixer — Delta County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a rebar fixer in Delta County, Colorado. You will be based on an infrastructure project such as a metro or flyover. The role involves: • Assemble column and beam cages on the bench • Tie bar intersections with binding wire using a tie hook or pliers • Read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules • Cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder • Lap and splice bars to the specified lap length • Bend bars to shape on a bar bending machine Requirements: • Own basic tools such as pliers, tie hook, tape and level • Valid site safety card and PPE (helmet, boots, gloves) • Confident tying with a tie hook and handling binding wire 2+ years on the tools preferred.
