Immediate opening: gang bricklayer (North Dakota)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a gang bricklayer in Hettinger County, North Dakota. You will raking out and tooling the joints to a struck or bucket-handle finish; building cavity walls and bedding in wall ties and insulation; buttering the perpends and tapping each brick down to the gauge; erecting and working off trestles and scaffold lifts; pointing and repointing weathered mortar joints. What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of mortar mixes and bonds (stretcher, English, Flemish) • NVQ Level 2 in Bricklaying an advantage • Proven experience laying facing and engineering bricks 4+ years on the tools preferred.
