Concrete pump mate — Benton County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a concrete pump mate in Benton County, Iowa. The role involves: • Mix concrete to the specified grade (M15, M20, M25) by hand or in a mixer • Discharge and place concrete from transit mixers and pumps into the forms • Give broom or steel-trowel finishes as specified • Load, hoist and barrow concrete to the upper floors • Patch honeycombs and tie-rod holes with non-shrink grout • Compact fresh concrete with immersion poker vibrators to clear honeycombing Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of concrete grades, slump and curing periods • Willing to wear safety boots, helmet and full PPE At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
