Vacuum press operator — Newry Mourne and Down

Join our team: we are hiring a vacuum press operator in Newry Mourne and Down, Northern Ireland. The job is at a garment factory. You will fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press; remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron; meet the daily piece target without damaging garments; press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching; keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure. What we are looking for: • Aware of steam iron safety and basic machine upkeep • Physically fit to lift bundles and handle repetitive work • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases Full-time with occasional weekends.
