Join our team: we are hiring a ladle pourer in Hale County, Texas. The role involves: • Check melt temperature with a pyrometer before pouring • Mix and recondition moulding sand to the right moisture • Assemble cope and drag mould halves and clamp them together • Melt scrap metal and ingots in induction or cupola furnaces Ideal candidate: • Able to read simple casting drawings and job cards • Willing to work in hot, dusty conditions and rotating shifts Full-time with occasional weekends.
