Site electrician • Polk County, Missouri

Immediate opening: we are hiring a site electrician in Polk County, Missouri. You will work in a power distribution substation. You will replace faulty switches, sockets and light fittings; dress and terminate wiring inside control panels; pull and terminate cables in conduit and cable trays; fault-find on motor starters and star-delta panels; measure voltage, current and load with a multimeter and clamp meter; isolate circuits and apply lockout-tagout before working. Requirements: • 2+ years hands-on wiring and maintenance experience • Familiar with megger, multimeter and clamp meter • Normal colour vision for cable identification Part-time with flexible hours. Overtime paid at a premium rate. $3,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
