Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coater in Maury County, Tennessee. You will be based at a powder coating unit. Requirements: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process On a typical shift you will check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; degrease and clean metal parts before coating. At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Pay around $4,200 per month, based on your experience. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
