Production assembler wanted in Marion County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a production assembler in Marion County, Texas. You will work in an electronics assembly unit. The role involves: • Keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station • Solder small connectors and check the joints under a magnifier • Report jams or tool faults to the line leader straight away • Follow the work instruction sheet for each station • Clean down the workstation and keep it to 5S standard • Snap-fit plastic housings and clip in the wiring harnesses Ideal candidate: • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Good hand-eye coordination and steady fingers for small parts • Basic understanding of quality checks and 5S Rotating shifts.
