Marble fitter — Hardin County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a marble fitter in Hardin County, Iowa. The job is in a natural stone fabrication unit. Requirements: • Physically fit and able to lift and carry heavy slabs • Good eye for joints, levels and overall finish Day to day you will grout the joints and wipe off the excess before it sets; shape edges, bullnoses and bevels with an angle grinder and profiling wheels; restore old marble by honing, crystallising and buffing back to finish; lift and handle heavy slabs safely using suction lifters and trolleys; measure up and template countertops and floor areas before cutting; polish stone surfaces to a high gloss using diamond pads and polishing compound.
