Immediate opening: roofing technician (Colorado)

Now hiring: we are hiring a roofing technician in Dolores County, Colorado. You will work at a busy roofing firm. Your main tasks: • Insulate and ventilate the roof void • Solder and seam standing-seam metal roof sheets • Hang box gutters and downpipes for rainwater • Fix clay and concrete tiles onto the battens • Strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck • Install metal flashing around chimneys and skylights Requirements: • Knowledge of both pitched and flat roofing systems • A driving licence is an advantage for site travel • Able to read roof pitch and set the falls We offer $3,600 per month plus benefits.
