Bakery assistant — Irepodun/Ifelodun

Immediate opening: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Irepodun/Ifelodun, Ekiti State. You will work in a bread factory. Day-to-day duties: • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Score the top of loaves before baking • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Food handler / hygiene certificate ₦7,000 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
